How to Book:

1. Click on "BOOKING."

2. Choose the class you are looking for. You will be advised of your level/class name after your Initial Consultation.

3. Book your session.

4. You will receive an email once your date is confirmed and then a set of reminders as the date of your class approaches.

5. Once you have booked your class, you will receive an invoice that needs to be paid before the class starts.

6. After you have registered, you will also receive your ZOOM login information. Log into ZOOM a few minutes before class, and the instructor will admit you into the room.

7. Your instructor will wait for you for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, your session will close. Please contact TUTOR LINK to reschedule. All rescheduling must be requested within 24 hours after a no-show. There is only one complimentary rescheduling allowed. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.

**ATTENTION:GROUP CLASSES AND EXAM PREPARATION CLASSES (IELTS, CELPIP, JOB INTERVIEW):**

After the Initial consultation and a placement test, TUTOR LINKS will send your schedule with the dates and times. You will be booked into those time slots by our team.
