Non-Certificate Courses:

We will refund the full cost of your tuition, certificate fee (if applicable), plus taxes, minus credits used.

Example:

Tuition: CAD 200 + CAD 10 tax = CAD 210 Requested withdrawal after 5 classes Refund issued: CAD100 + CAD5 tax = CAD 105

If any discounts were applied to your tuition, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the calculated full cost of the USED classes BEFORE any applicable discounts.

Example:

Tuition: CAD 200 - 10% discount = CAD 180 + CAD 9 tax = CAD 189 Requested withdrawal after 5 classes Refund issued: CAD 189 - CAD 100 (5 remaining classes at full cost before discounts) + CAD 4.5 tax. Total refund: CAD 90.50

Certificate Courses

“Certificate in Fundamentals of Practical English”

You can withdraw from the current semester after 3 sessions to receive a full refund minus taxes and discounts (please see above). If we have not received your withdrawal request in writing by email past the deadline, the tuition for the current semester becomes non-refundable but may be transferred as a monetary credit to your future studies with us. This credit, when retained, is transferable to anyone you may choose. You must advise us in writing. This credit will be accessible to you for 6 months after the last day of the semester that you withdrew from. If this deadline is not met, your tuition becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

A registration fee of CAD 10.00 is non-refundable.
